Norcross, GA – Tonight history was made at 5500 Oakbrook Parkway as Lucky Johnson celebrated the grand opening of his new production studio location outside of Atlanta Georgia. The star studded event attracted a multitude of media members, including magazines, photographers, and videographers from various outlets.
A few notable outlets we can recall by name include Vernell Anthony Dillingham, Becoming Her Magazine, and Walil Archer from Downtown Hott Radio who lined up next to us aside the red carpet. The list of actors and industry wigs grew as the night progressed with many actors who appeared in films that involved Lucky Johnson or even Tyler Perry. Many of who graced the red carpet during our visit.
Lucky Johnson approached the red carpet and was met with a roar as the crowd fully embraced his presence outside the new and prolific Lucky Johnson Studios building in Norcross, Georgia. The crowd grew bigger and swarmed as he slowly made his way down the red carpet. A full on invasion took place as he finally made it to the final stretch of interviews with the media. Afterwards, he gave a heartwarming speech to a crowd of gatherers, followed by prayer before officially cutting the ribbon at the tip of the parking lot.
Lucky Johnson’s grand opening and ribbon cutting event was a scene to behold. So many amazing, talented, and beautiful people – young and old, came out to show face in support of this burgeoning film industry giant, located right here in our own backyards. We want to send a huge thank you to Sunshine for keeping us in mind for this opportunity and for the invite she extended for us to attend as media. We look forward to whatever Lucky and the team has in store next for the city of Atlanta and its growing force of actors.
