In a recent virtual press conference, the Whitley sisters shared insights into their experience filming the holiday movie. They emphasized the rarity of having the opportunity to rehearse extensively with their scene partners, noting that often actors are thrown into scenes on set without prior practice. However, for Queens of Christmas, the cast had the distinct advantage of rehearsing together, allowing them to refine their performances and build a strong rapport.
Hannah Whitley went on to highlight the unique and giving atmosphere on set. “I think in the behind the scenes on this film I think it really carried the spirit of Christmas both on camera and off camera,” they shared. “I don’t know I think it’s just because all these people are wonderful people but also because we’re making a Christmas movie it was such a giving environment.”
This collaborative spirit, fostered by the cast and crew, undoubtedly contributed to the authentic and heartwarming portrayal of the Christmas spirit on screen.
