Finding the Magic Again: Jordan Babbs Reflects on Family and “Too Many Christmases”

In the heartwarming new holiday film “Too Many Christmases,” Jordan Babbs brings her unique charm to the screen. But beyond the lights and laughter of the movie set, the actor shares a personal connection to the spirit of the season.

In a recent interview, Jordan Babbs reminisced about her own cherished Christmas memories. “We’re a type of family that we have one household which is my grandmother’s because she does the cooking,” they shared. “We have you know when we were little we used to go to her house for everything. For us, for my immediate family it’s always been my grandmother down in the DMV. So I’m really excited to spend a lot of time with them.”

The actor fondly recalled the magic of Christmases past. “And I really do miss when I was younger opening them presents. It’s not the same now I’m older but I really do miss those times. Just seeing my sister grow up and my cousin grow up before my eyes. And you know we’re spending the Christmas time together in a different way than we did when we were younger. So I’m excited to bring those memories back just to revisit those together.”

Jordan’s reflections on her own family traditions beautifully mirror the themes of “Too Many Christmases,” a film that celebrates the enduring power of family bonds and the importance of cherishing precious memories.
